As we head into peak season, we want to make sure your keg supply runs as smoothly as possible. To help us plan and maintain service levels, please note the following:

Forecasts

Please send your volume forecasts to your Account Manager so we can plan allocations and ensure kegs are available where you need them.  Place orders as early as possible in Konvoy Cloud, orders can always be changed later.

Lead Times

‍
From October 13, standard order lead times will temporarily move from 3 days to 5 days.

If you require kegs more urgently, contact your Account Manager and we’ll do our best to assist.

Distribution Partners & 3PL Providers

If you’ve added new distribution partners or 3PL providers for this season, please let us know so we can update our records and keep collections on track.
